Foundation Committee

The Foundation Committee advances CREW Los Angeles’ philanthropic and community impact initiatives by supporting the mission of the CREW Network Foundation through fundraising, career outreach, scholarships, and community engagement.

The committee is organized into three subcommittees:

Fundraising & Trifecta: Leads chapter fundraising efforts, promotes participation in CREW Network Foundation campaigns, and helps the chapter achieve its annual Trifecta goals.

Trifecta is CREW Network’s annual Chapter Challenge — a chapter earns it by hitting all three giving benchmarks in one year:

1. Board giving: 100% of the Board participates in annual giving

2. Membership giving: At least 50% of general membership participates

3. Chapter donation: Minimum $1,000 given to CREW Network Foundation

Career Outreach: Supports CREW Careers and UCREW, promotes the annual scholarship program, and develops initiatives that expand opportunities for women pursuing careers in commercial real estate.

Community Impact: Oversees charitable partnerships and volunteer opportunities, including Wildfire Relief initiatives.

Together, these subcommittees help strengthen the chapter’s long-term philanthropic strategy.
