CREWship 2026

The CREWship program supports industry professionals by fostering meaningful connections and advancing professional development.

Mentor-Mentee relationships promote growth through shared experience, insight and guidance.

The program is uniquely tailored for established professionals with 5+ years of industry experience who are ready to refine their leadership, expand their perspective, and accelerate the next phase of their careers.

MENTEES

Mentees are established professionals seeking strategic guidance from seasoned industry leaders as they navigate the next phase of their careers. Through mentorship, mentees gain perspective, share challenges, and receive thoughtful feedback on leadership development, career direction, and opportunities for advancement or transition within the commercial real estate industry and CREW. This relationship is designed to support long-term growth, broaden perspective, and sharpen professional impact.

MENTORS

Mentors are experienced industry veterans who serve as trusted advisors, offering insight drawn from their professional journeys. Serving as a mentor provides an opportunity to refine leadership and coaching skills, contribute to the development of future leaders, and share expertise in a meaningful, high-impact way. Mentorship is a rewarding experience that strengthens professional legacy, deepens engagement within CREW, and fosters lasting connections.
