Then the CREW-LA Mentorship Program is for you!


Members can participate as a Mentor, Mentee, and/or Accountability Partner. Participating in this Program will allow members to engage with each other on a deeper, more meaningful level. Moreover, participants will experience professional and personal growth by tapping into the insight and experience of their fellow CREW-LA members.
 

How to Participate

 

The 2024 CREWShip Mentoring Program will run from April – September 2024. We will provide more information on the program in February 2024 and begin accepting applications on March 1, 2024. Pairs will be assigned by the end of March 2024 and a virtual Orientation will be held for participants in early April 2024. During the course of the Program, participants will have the opportunity to attend exclusive socials and programming.

Each pair will have the flexibility to decide on the scope of their relationship. For those seeking further guidance, participants will be provided with the CREW Network Mentoring Modules Guide, which contains detailed steps and exercises to facilitate the Mentorship/Accountability relationship.
