Participate in CREWShip as a Mentor or Mentee.

Mentees: Mentees have access to experienced professionals who can offer guidance, share industry insights, and provide feedback on career goals and strategies. This personalized support can help mentees navigate challenges, identify opportunities for advancement, and develop essential skills for success in commercial real estate.

Mentors: Serving as a mentor provides an opportunity for experienced professionals to further develop their leadership skills. Mentors have the chance to impart their knowledge, expertise, and insights to mentees, guiding them in their professional growth and development. Serving as a mentor is also a highly rewarding experience that brings personal satisfaction and fulfillment.

CREWShip is available and free to all active CREW-Los Angeles members.

The 2025 program will run from May– October. It is expected that participants will meet with their respective pairings about eight times over the six-month program.
